Executed Correctly, the listing collab is one of the best ways to maximize your listings exposure online. I like to think of a listing collab as a mix between a brokers open and a listing media day. Plan your listing media and invite some other agents from real to get some media of your listing.

After you’ve got that listing your going to need to plan a listing content day to get the basics and any additional listing media to take it active. My suggestion is during that same media day you block of a few hours for other agents to stop by and film some content of their own.
